The writer of this Verge article describes this 3D printed car as a ‘go kart made from Rubbermaid garbage cans’. The point is you can now make a mode of transportation anywhere if you have the right printer, printing material, computer, and a fuel/energy source. 

Think of the possibilities for the military, for emergency/rescue situations, and even for transportation in developing countries.

An innovation like this can save a life or change the economy of an impoverished part of the world overnight.

The quality of this drone video is very impressive. The images are very clear and the the flight pattern of the drone appears to be so smooth. This video emphasizes that fact that higher end drones are very sophisticated, and are much more than a toy remote control airplane. 

I’m also impressed that the fireworks didn’t send a fatal blow to the drone!

Although the wood construction looks attractive, the drawback of this wheel is that your forward vision is obstructed. It actually seems a bit claustrophobic to me. This one might not be bad for a periodic workout during the day, but for my money I much prefer the treadmill.
