STAIRWAY TO HEAVENLY SUCCESS?
This brilliant photo reminds me of the mix of vision and execution needed for success in today’s marketplace. The open rooftop, with its lightbulb shape, represents the strategic vision of the organization. The staircase represents the execution, i.e., “how we get there”. The staircase is winding, but it is a solid, well-built and upward moving structure.
